Prosciutto di Parma is an extremely natural, healthy and wholesome product that contains no preservatives, colourings or additives. The extremely selected pork thighs, from pigs strictly farmed and bred in the area of origin, are in fact added with just a pinch of salt which, together with the dry and delicate air of the scented Parma hills, gives to the product its unmistakable flavour.
