If you, like me, have a passion for cooking, you will always be looking for tasty cooking recipes to test your cooking skills and to amaze your guests during one of your dinners or lunches.
Today I propose you a tasty recipe for cooking pasta: Tagliatelle with beans.
Ingredients
- 150g of fresh homemade tagliatelle pasta
- 200g of fresh beans
- 100g of tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- ½ celery stalk
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
How to prepare tagliatelle pasta with beans
Put the beans in a pot, cover them with water and let them boil for half an hour.
Next, remove the foam and add the parsley, half of the basil, the carrot, the celery, the peeled tomato, the garlic clove and the whole onion.
Cover with the lid and let it boil for about an hour and a half.
Then let the contents of the pot cool down, remove the carrot and two spoonfuls of beans and put them on a plate. We will use them later to serve the pasta as a decoration just before serving it on the table.
Then pass all the rest to the blender to reduce it to cream.
At the end add salt and pepper q. b. plus two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
At this point, cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water in another pan.
After cooking and after having drained them, distribute them in four bowls and pour the cream of beans over them.
Finally, decorate the pasta you have served by adding the basil leaves, beans and carrot that you had kept aside.
If you want to give a chic look to your pasta dish, I recommend that you cut the carrot into julienne or cubes.
Recommended wine for this pasta dish
Personally, I recommend that you combine the Tagliatelle with beans with a Organic Primorosso or a Lambrusco dell’Emilia PGI Rosé - Fino a Sera.
Now you just have to taste your pasta tagliatelle with beans!
I hope for you this recipe was tasty and interesting.
