Is there a minimum order on Rosa's online store?
No, you can place orders for any amount on Rosa's online store.
Delivery in Italy is free for orders of € 150 and more, and for shipments outside Italy, shipping is free for orders over € 300. For orders totalling less than this amount, the cost of delivery varies according to the weight, destination and desired transport service. Simulate an order to
check the actual cost of your shipment, even without registering yourself, specify the products you are interested in and the destination address.
How do I know whether my order has been confirmed?
Once the order has been completed, you will receive a message with a confirmation of your order sent to the email address entered at the time of registration.
If you do not receive the email, check your junk mail or spam folder in your inbox and if you have a Gmail address, check your Promotions folder as well.

Why cannot I return food products?
To protect our Clients and for hygiene purposes, the Right to withdraw can only be exerted for products that can be remarketed without risks for consumers' health.
This is precisely why food products cannot be returned, as one cannot guarantee adequate storage.
What payment methods can I use on Rosashop.it?
On Rosashop.it you can purchases products by:
- Credit Card: all the cards of the Visa and MasterCard circuit
- Bank Transfer:the order will be completed only after receiving confirmation of the bank transfer from the bank or subsequent to communication from the Client, via email, of the CRO number issued by the bank at the time or the bank transfer order. The payment must be performed within 3 days from the date of the order confirmation. After this period, if the bank transfer has not been carried out, the order will be cancelled. When will I receive my order?
Once the order has been confirmed, the goods are generally prepared for shipment and given to the courier no later than the following day. From that day, the courier takes about 4-6 working days for deliveries in Italy and up to 4-7 working days for deliveries in Europe according to the selected shipping method. Delays of the same amount will consequently also be found for shipments abroad.
In summer orders received from Thursday to Sunday in Italy and from Wednesday to Sunday in Europe will be completed the following Monday to prevent packs from being held for collection in couriers' depots for long periods of time.
Why is it necessary to wait a few days to receive my order?
The delivery times of the purchased products take into account the time required for the organization of withdrawals from small local artisan producers to which Rosa Shop relies for the production of the excellences presented on the website.
We are aware that the big international players deliver their products in ever faster times but to do this they have to squeeze their employees and suppliers to the maximum.
We do not want to do this as we find it socially unacceptable.
For us the quality of the product as well as that of the life of the people involved in our distribution chain are essential.
How can I locate my order?
When the courier collects the pack, you will receive an email with the link to track the shipment at the address specified at the time of registration. This way you can locate your order on the courier's website at any time.

What should I do if the delivered pack is damaged or there is something missing inside it?
We have selected the best couriers to prevent these situations from occurring. However, if the pack shows signs of tampering or is clearly damaged we recommend accepting the delivery with reservation and providing as much detail as possible in describing the reason why on the delivery document of the carrier and having the courier sign it. If possible, take photos of the damage incurred immediately and promptly contact us.
