Private individuals
The online purchase process is simple and safe. If you have not registered on the website, you need to register by filling in all the mandatory fields. If you have already registered, just log in by entering your username and password.
Visit our online store, compare the various products and create your “wish list”. After identifying the product you need to purchase, select the desired format from the drop-down menu and add it to your cart with the designated "add to my cart" button that appears in each section dedicated to the individual products.
If you want to go ahead with your purchase, click on the "back to shopping" button and add all the products you're interested in to your cart as described above.
To complete your purchase, click on the "complete purchase" button featured both in the box that appears on the screen and under the "my cart" section at the top right hand corner of the page.
Check your order summary and specify the desired delivery address. Please remember that the courier will deliver the goods during normal working hours. Therefore, specify an address where there will be someone to receive the shipment. Moreover, it is important to specify the address with the street number and report any notes in the designated section (e.g. if there is a number reported on the bell instead of your name, please specify the number associated with the bell in the notes).
Then choose your desired mode of transport and pay by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery (COD). COD payments can only be provided for shipments in Italy up to € 300. Payment by bank transfer must be performed within 3 days from the date of the order confirmation. After this period, if the bank transfer has not been carried out, the order will be cancelled.
After placing the order, you will receive an automatic email with the details of the order and all the information related to the purchase. You can check the state of the order at any time under the "my orders" section in your personal account. Moreover, you will receive a link and a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Please bear in mind that prices on our website are inclusive of VAT, but do not include customs. As a result, for shipments in non-EU countries, the buyer is required to pay for customs, where applicable.
Moreover, the weights reported on the website for cured meat, cheeses and in general products sold by weight are only meant as an indication.Indeed, as these products are sold in portions and are subject to loss of weight, their weight may differ from the reported one.

At the end of the registration process, you will be given a username and a password to log on the website and automatically access your reserved area. From the reserved area you will be able to see the prices and offers designed for you and also compare the products, create a cart and perform purchases directly online.
Choose the products and formats you are interested in, add them to your cart and complete your order. Choose your transport mode and go ahead with the payment by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery. COD payments can only be provided for shipments in Italy up to € 300. For products sold by weight, we ensure a minimum weight per piece. However, as these products are subject to loss of weight, the actual weight may differ from the indicated one.
The prices reported on the website are inclusive of packaging costs, while the cost for transport, VAT and any customs or mandatory charges for non-EU countries are not included and will be entirely held by the Client.
